1. Wie is verantwoordelijk?
[BEDRIJFSNAAM] (hierna: “WorkSmart”, “wij”), gevestigd te [STRAAT EN HUISNUMMER, POSTCODE PLAATS], ingeschreven bij de Kamer van Koophandel onder nummer [KVK-NUMMER], is de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke in de zin van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG).

2. Welke gegevens verwerken wij, waarvoor en op welke grondslag?

Wij verwerken geen bijzondere persoonsgegevens en nemen geen geautomatiseerde besluiten met rechtsgevolgen. Klantgegevens die je in facturen of projecten invoert, verwerk je als ondernemer zelf; die blijven op je toestel.
3. Toestemmingen op je telefoon
- Camera en fotobibliotheek – alleen wanneer je zelf een foto maakt of kiest voor een scan of project. We hebben geen doorlopende toegang; op Android gebruiken we de systeemfotokiezer.
- Microfoon en spraakherkenning – alleen wanneer je op de opnameknop tikt om een maat of vraag in te spreken. De spraak-naar-tekst-omzetting verloopt via de spraakdienst van je besturingssysteem (Apple resp. Google); alleen de resulterende tekst wordt door ons verwerkt.
Je kunt elke toestemming altijd intrekken via de instellingen van je telefoon; de betreffende functie werkt dan niet, de rest van de app wel.

Wij verkopen of verhuren geen persoonsgegevens en delen ze niet met adverteerders. Er zitten geen advertentie- of analyse-SDK’s van derden in de app.
5. Externe partners en links
De app toont contactgegevens en websites van leveranciers en partnerbedrijven (bijvoorbeeld bouwmarkten, installateurs). Als je op “Bezoek website” tikt, verlaat je de app; op die websites geldt het privacybeleid van die partij. Als je via “Opslaan & Delen” een materiaallijst naar een leverancier stuurt, gebruik je de deelfunctie van je telefoon (e-mail, WhatsApp); wat je deelt, bepaal jij.
6. Beveiliging
Alle verbindingen tussen de app en onze servers zijn versleuteld (TLS). Wachtwoorden worden alleen als hash opgeslagen. Toegang tot jouw servergegevens is via databaseregels beperkt tot jouw eigen account. De sleutel voor de AI-dienst staat uitsluitend op onze server, niet in de app.
7. Je rechten
Je hebt het recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking van de verwerking, overdraagbaarheid van je gegevens en het recht om bezwaar te maken. Waar de verwerking op toestemming berust, kun je die altijd intrekken.
Account en gegevens verwijderen
- In de app: Menu → Profiel & instellingen → Account verwijderen. Je account, je opgeslagen scans en offertes worden direct en permanent van onze servers verwijderd; de gegevens op je toestel worden gewist.
- Zonder de app: mail vanaf het e-mailadres van je account naar privacy@worksmartai.nl met als onderwerp “Account verwijderen”. We verwijderen je account binnen 30 dagen en bevestigen dat per e-mail.
Voor andere verzoeken mail je privacy@worksmartai.nl; we reageren binnen een maand. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
8. Kinderen
Work Smart is bedoeld voor professionals en niet gericht op personen jonger dan 16 jaar. We verzamelen niet bewust gegevens van kinderen; als dat toch is gebeurd, verwijderen we die op verzoek.
9. Cookies en website
De app gebruikt geen cookies of trackers. De website worksmartai.nl gebruikt alleen technisch noodzakelijke cookies, tenzij op de site anders wordt aangegeven.
10. Wijzigingen
Bij belangrijke wijzigingen informeren we je in de app of per e-mail. De actuele versie staat altijd op worksmartai.nl/privacy.

We process no special categories of data and make no automated decisions with legal effect. Client data you enter in invoices or projects is processed by you as a business; it stays on your device.
3. Phone permissions
- Camera and photo library – only when you take or pick a photo for a scan or project. No continuous access; on Android we use the system photo picker.
- Microphone and speech recognition – only when you tap the record button to dictate a measurement or question. Speech-to-text is performed by your operating system’s speech service (Apple or Google); we only process the resulting text.
You can revoke any permission in your phone settings at any time; that feature then stops working, the rest of the app does not.

We do not sell or rent personal data and do not share it with advertisers. The app contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
5. External partners and links
The app shows contact details and websites of suppliers and partner companies. Tapping “Visit website” leaves the app; those websites have their own privacy policies. When you send a material list to a supplier via “Save & Share”, you use your phone’s share sheet (e-mail, WhatsApp); you decide what to share.
6. Security
All connections between the app and our servers are encrypted (TLS). Passwords are stored as hashes only. Access to your server data is restricted to your own account by database rules. The AI service key lives only on our server, never in the app.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Where processing is based on consent you can withdraw it at any time.
Deleting your account and data
- In the app: Menu → Profile & settings → Delete account. Your account, saved scans and quotes are deleted immediately and permanently from our servers; the data on your device is wiped.
- Without the app: e-mail privacy@worksmartai.nl from your account’s e-mail address with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
For other requests e-mail privacy@worksmartai.nl; we respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Children
Work Smart is intended for professionals and not directed at persons under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data; if it has happened, we delete it on request.
9. Cookies and website
The app uses no cookies or trackers. The website worksmartai.nl uses only technically necessary cookies unless stated otherwise on the site.
10. Changes
We inform you of material changes in the app or by e-mail. The current version is always at worksmartai.nl/privacy.
