Account verwijderen

Geldt voor de mobiele app “WorkSmart AI” (iOS en Android). Ontwikkelaar: Ferrarix di Patrizia Rossi (Google Play: Ferrarix). In de App Store wordt de app aangeboden door Tommaso Ferrari namens Ferrarix di Patrizia Rossi.

Je kunt je WorkSmart AI account op twee manieren laten verwijderen: zelf in de app, of per e-mail als je de app niet (meer) hebt.

1. In de app

  1. Open WorkSmart AI en ga naar Menu.
  2. Kies Profiel & Instellingen.
  3. Tik op Account verwijderen.
  4. Bevestig de verwijdering.

Je account (e-mailadres), je projecten, berekeningen, facturen, klanten, bedrijfsprofiel, opgeslagen scans en offertes, het gebruikslogboek van scans en je meldingen van AI-resultaten worden direct en permanent van onze servers verwijderd; de gegevens op je toestel worden gewist.

2. Zonder de app

Stuur een e-mail naar privacy@worksmartai.nl met als onderwerp “Account verwijderen”. Verstuur de e-mail vanaf het e-mailadres van je account, zodat we zeker weten dat het verzoek van jou komt. We verwijderen je account binnen 30 dagen en bevestigen dat per e-mail.

3. Wat wordt verwijderd

  • Je account (e-mailadres en wachtwoord-hash)
  • Je opgeslagen scans (Scan & Spreek)
  • Je opgeslagen offertes op de server
  • Je projecten, berekeningen, facturen, klanten en bedrijfsprofiel op de server
  • Het gebruikslogboek van scans (account-ID + tijdstip)
  • Je meldingen van AI-resultaten

Kopieën in de automatische back-ups van onze hostingprovider worden na de bewaartermijn van die back-ups automatisch overschreven.

4. Wat wij niet opslaan

Foto’s die je voor een scan maakt bewaren we niet: ze worden alleen voor de analyse gebruikt. Voorkeuren en favoriete leveranciers staan alleen op je telefoon en verdwijnen wanneer je de app verwijdert.

Delete your WorkSmart AI account

Applies to the “WorkSmart AI” mobile app (iOS and Android). Developer: Ferrarix di Patrizia Rossi (Google Play: Ferrarix). On the App Store the app is offered by Tommaso Ferrari on behalf of Ferrarix di Patrizia Rossi.

You can have your WorkSmart AI account deleted in two ways: yourself in the app, or by e-mail if you no longer have the app.

1. In the app

  1. Open WorkSmart AI and go to Menu.
  2. Choose Profile & Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Your account (e-mail address), your projects, calculations, invoices, clients, company profile, saved scans and quotes, the scan usage log and your reports of AI results are deleted immediately and permanently from our servers; the data on your device is wiped.

2. Without the app

E-mail privacy@worksmartai.nl with the subject “Delete account” (or “Account verwijderen”). Send it from your account’s e-mail address so we can verify the request is yours. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

3. What is deleted

  • Your account (e-mail address and password hash)
  • Your saved scans (Scan & Speak)
  • Your saved quotes on the server
  • Your projects, calculations, invoices, clients and company profile on the server
  • The scan usage log (account ID + time)
  • Your reports of AI results

Copies in our hosting provider’s automatic backups are overwritten automatically when those backups expire.

4. What we do not store

We do not store the photos you take for a scan: they are only used for the analysis. Preferences and favourite suppliers stay on your phone only and disappear when you uninstall the app.
